The Three Phases

PHASE 1 — SEE

Recognise When Access to Capability Begins To Change.

Begin by seeing the difference between capability and accessibility.

You will explore how capability can remain present while access to judgement, perspective, choice, confidence or expression becomes less reliable under pressure, complexity, uncertainty or changing circumstances.

You will begin to recognise the Accessibility Gap™ before simply judging the behaviour that appears on the surface.

The purpose is to recognise what is happening when capability remains present but access begins to change.

PHASE 2 — UNDERSTAND

Understand What Influences Whether Capability Remains Accessible.

Move beyond the visible gap toward understanding the conditions that influence access.

You will explore how pressure, patterns, assumptions, context, relationships, choice and expression can affect whether capability remains available when it matters.

You will begin to see Accessibility not as an isolated problem, but as a connected system of influences.

The purpose is to understand what allows capability to remain accessible as conditions change.

PHASE 3 — BUILD

Build Constitutional Understanding of Reliable Accessibility.

Bring capability, pressure, patterns, context, choice, expression and stability into a more integrated understanding.

You will explore what supports capability remaining increasingly available across changing circumstances, and how a more reliable relationship with your own capability can be understood and developed.

The purpose is to build an understanding from which more reliable accessibility can become possible.
