Completing the required Foundation Courses develops foundational capability.

To achieve Level 1
Complete the required Foundation and Deep Application learning and successfully demonstrate the capability required for Level 1.

Membership: A valid Membership Practitioner™ is required to operate under the Licence.
LEVEL 2
CERTIFIED HOLDING COACH™

CERTIFICATION & PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE
Certification Establishes Capability.
Professional Practice Follows the Appropriate Path.
Certification recognises the capability you have successfully demonstrated at the corresponding certification level.
Certification and professional licensing are distinct. Where professional practice is authorised under The Holding Discipline™, the applicable licence establishes the conditions under which that capability may be deployed.
The Holding Discipline™ therefore connects demonstrated capability with professional practice without treating certification, licensing, and membership as the same thing.

Licensing → Professional Authority
Certification establishes what you have demonstrated.
Membership provides the continuing professional environment in which you can develop, participate and access the benefits and opportunities of your Membership level.
Licensing establishes the professional authority under which applicable capability may be deployed.
A valid corresponding Certification + Valid License are required to start Licensed Professional Services. The corresponding Membership must remain active to operate the professional licence.

You do not receive a higher certification simply by completing more learning.
Your certification level is determined by what you successfully complete and demonstrate.
01 — CHOOSE YOUR CERTIFICATION LEVEL
Start With the Level You Are Ready to Demonstrate.
Choose Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 according to the capability you intend to demonstrate.
Each level has defined Foundation, Deep Application, and, at Level 4, Contribution requirements.
Your chosen level determines the requirements you must meet.

02 — GET ENROLLED IN THE REQUIRED COURSES
Choose the pathway that best supports your chosen certification level.
Your certification level determines the learning you need to complete.
You may enter the required learning through membership or through the individual courses that apply to your chosen level.
A — RECOMMENDED PATHWAY
Join the corresponding Level Membership.
Membership provides the integrated pathway for your level, including the required learning, professional development, Membership-level benefits and access to the applicable professional pathway.
Membership does not itself constitute a professional licence. A valid corresponding Certification + Valid License are required to start Licensed Professional Services.
B — FOUNDATION COURSES
Enrol in Foundation Courses individually.
Complete the Foundation learning required for your chosen certification level.
C — DEEP APPLICATION COURSES
Enrol in Deep Application Courses individually.
Complete the Deep Application learning required for your chosen certification level.
D — CONTRIBUTION COURSE
Enrol in the Contribution Course where required.
Contribution forms part of the Level 4 certification pathway.

Complete the Foundation and Deep Application Requirements.
Complete the required number of Foundation and Deep Application components for your chosen certification level.
The requirement increases progressively:
Level 1 → 1 + 1
Level 2 → 2 + 2
Level 3 → 3 + 3
Level 4 → 3 + 3 + Contribution

04 — DEMONSTRATE THE REQUIRED CAPABILITY
Certification Requires Demonstration.
Completing the required learning does not itself establish Certification.
You must successfully demonstrate the capability required for the level you have chosen through the formal Certification Assessment.
Certification therefore recognises what you can demonstrate, not simply what you have completed.
This is especially important because the assessment architecture defines Professional Certification as measuring transferable constitutional capability and reliable constitutional judgement.

05 — RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATION
Your Demonstrated Capability Becomes Your Certification.
When you successfully meet the requirements for your chosen certification level, your demonstrated capability determines the certification you receive.
Certification is therefore not awarded simply for completing learning.
It is awarded when you have successfully demonstrated the capability required for your chosen level.
