Before You Begin: Judgement Under Pressure

The Experience Holding System™ Foundation consists of 12 modules across three progressive phases.

Please complete the phases sequentially. Each phase becomes available as you complete the preceding phase.

The journey begins with recognising when meaningful change begins to weaken, moves into understanding the conditions that influence stability, and concludes by bringing together the constitutional understanding required for change to continue Holding across changing circumstances.

Your Companion Workbook™

Every lesson has a Companion Workbook™.

The Workbook is part of your Foundation learning journey.

After completing each lesson, complete the corresponding Workbook before proceeding to the next lesson.

The Workbook gives you space to pause, reflect and work with the constitutional distinction introduced in the lesson.

It is not additional teaching.

It is where you deepen your understanding through reflection and integration.

Please do not treat the Workbook as optional reading.

Completing it before proceeding helps preserve the progressive movement of the Foundation.

Return to the Foundation Whenever You Need.

Your Foundation access is not limited to one pass through the course.

You can return to the lessons as many times as you want.

If you want to work through the Foundation again, simply uncheck the completed lessons and the course will become available to you again.

You may revisit the Foundation when:

• circumstances have changed
• your understanding has deepened
• you want to reflect on a particular lesson again
• you want to work through the Companion Workbook™ again
• you simply want to see the system from a different place in your life

The Foundation remains available to you for continued learning and reflection.

After Completing the Foundation

After completing all three phases, you will receive your Certificate of Completion.

The next module is the Assessment.

If you choose to pursue Foundation Certification™, you will need to complete and pass the Assessment.

If you do not pass on your first attempt, you may retake the Assessment. A fresh set of questions is provided for each attempt.

The course develops constitutional understanding.
The Assessment measures that understanding.
Certification validates assessed capability.

THE HOLDING REVIEW™

Continue Reviewing What Matters.

Your Foundation does not end when you complete Module 12.

You will also receive The Holding Review™ as a downloadable resource.

The Review is designed to help you return to the constitutional understanding you have developed and consider how reliably it is Holding in the life you are currently living.

You may use it:

• monthly, as a regular constitutional review;
• when pressure increases;
• when circumstances change significantly;
• or whenever you sense that something important may be becoming less stable.

The purpose is not to measure success or failure.

It is to create a deliberate opportunity to pause, notice and understand what may be changing beneath visible behaviour.

As The Holding Discipline™ explains, review is valuable precisely because Holding is dynamic: life changes, pressure changes and contexts change.

The Review is therefore not another course.

It is a continuing way of staying attentive to your Holding.

Foundation Completion and What Comes Next

Foundation can stand on its own.

You may complete it simply to deepen your understanding of Lasting Change™.

If you later want to develop the capability to work with the system under increasingly demanding conditions, Deep Application™ provides the next developmental environment.

Foundation → Deep Application → Certification → Membership → Licensing

The Foundation develops constitutional understanding.

Certification demonstrates assessed capability.

If you later choose professional deployment, a valid corresponding Membership™ is required for Licensing™.
